With a career path that included Finance and Construction and ultimately led to Childcare. It became clear some time ago that there was a real and genuine need for a centre that was truly all inclusive. This path allowed me to meet many exceptional people who share the passion of “Inclusive Childcare”. This led to the inception of Flutterbys Early Development Centre.

Working with children and young people has always been my passion. I have worked in the field of Education for 30 years, both Primary and Secondary schools, and specialised in working with children with disability. I am excited to now enter the childcare sector. I look forward to learning with the children and supporting families in the early development journey.
